Would you like for one of our service technicians to visit your company or residence and take care of a technology related problem for you? No problem! Fill out the form below and we’ll be there when you ask us to be!

Once we’re on-site, we guarantee our service technician will be clean, courteous, and respectful of your home or business and will complete the requested task as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our technician will also let you know as each hour progresses if needed, to ensure you know of any charges so they do not add up with you unaware.

Our technician will identify themselves as a Dreamscape Technologies authorized technician to you before beginning any work, and will explain what is taking place as it happens so you will understand what’s being done and what you’re paying for.

You also authorize us to come into your home or business to perform the work required. You also agree that someone over 18 will be on site while the technician performs the work.

Our rate for service is $65.00 an hour. Any unpaid services rendered by our technician will result in a $150.00 service charge plus service call fee, and will be referred to a collection agency. ALL returned checks will result in a $150 NSF fee and will also be referred to a collection agency.

All payments are processed on-site. Please make checks payable to the technician.
