You schedule the time and date when you would like us to come to your establishment, we’ll look at your computer and diagnose the problem for you for free. We’ll explain to you what’s wrong with your system, what it would take to fix it, then if you would like we can fix it for you while we’re on site. If you don’t wish for us to fix your system, then you won’t be charged.

Like a vehicle, a computer needs maintenance. We can clean your computer up of all junk files, clean the cache and temporary files, update your software, update your anti-virus and run a malware scan to make sure your system is clean. We optimize the startup so your computer starts up as quickly as possible. We also clean “under the hood”, which entails us taking your computer apart and cleaning inside of it, the fans, components, portholes, etc.

Lightning hit your computer? Only have 256MB of RAM in it? Let us upgrade your computer or fix your computer for you for the lowest possible cost. We do not charge a diagnostic fee and can tell you exactly what it will cost to fix your computer and give you an estimate of parts to replace or upgrade. We do go to your neighborhood store and buy parts so we can eliminate the middle man to help save costs.
