I am not happy with your work, what do I do?
We do not launch your site until you’re 100% satisfied with our work. We will work on the website on a temporary server until it’s exactly how you want it. If we cannot get it right, you do not pay us. Once you are completely satisfied, we’ll launch your website live to the rest of the world. You do not pay until your website is live.
Restrictions on refunds:
We do not offer refunds on domain registration services, or hosting fees. Refunds are not valid on third party add-ons, plugins, or software. A 20% fee is added for a refund on merchandise. Software is non refundable.
I’m new to this. I really want a website but I don’t know where to begin. What do I do?

What do I need to do to get my website online?
If you know exactly what you want, let us know. Otherwise, we’ll gather business cards, brochures, any sort of media you have to compile a website for you based on your business colors, business type, and target audience. Consider us a temporary marketing manager for your company! We have a short questionnaire you can fill out to help us get your desired look and feel that we will send you once you accept our quote.
I have a brochure and logo already for my company, can I use it?
Of course! That will actually save you money because we will not have to design a company logo for you thus reducing the time spent on graphic design.
What exactly is “support and maintenance” on my website?
Each month we will login to your website, update the core platform of the site, update any add-ons, scan your site for any security holes/breaches, and optimize the database tables and check analytics on the site to ensure the hits are there and you’re generating a good return on your Internet investment. We also offer unlimited support and minor changes on your website for the duration of the support and maintenance period.
My company provides a service rather than a product, is it even worth it to invest in a website?
Absolutely! A website allows for a 24x7x365 open door for your company to allow prospective customers to find out more about your services, hours, prices, etc.
I don’t have a lot of cash right now, can you help me?
We sure can! We offer payment plans for our customers. These are interest free payment plans, and you can make as much of a payment as you want at any time. A payment plan MUST be approved prior to any work beginning. Also 25% of the invoice balance is due upon completion and launch of the site. This is non-refundable. Once the site is launched, you will have 60 days to pay your balance IN FULL or a 30% interest fee will be applied to the end balance. Your annual billing cycle begins when the site launches, NOT when the last payment is made.

How long is my contract valid?
We do not have contracts. Once you pay your balance, you’re paid for 1 year. You may renew your hosting and other services after that year but you’re not obligated to do so.
Where are your servers?
All of our servers are located in a data farm in Los Angeles, California. They are private servers that we lease and we have full administrative authority over them and remotely administer them. These are our servers, we do not share them with anyone else.
Do I have to host with you?
No. You may use whoever you want to as a host. However our support is limited if you do not host with us, as we do not have full administrative capabilities on third party servers.
Can I use my existing email accounts and domain name with you?
Yes, we will update your NS records for you on your registrar so everything will point to the proper place.
