Our Process

Step 1

It all begins with a quote. We will talk to you to figure out exactly what it is you’re looking for. We will make sure your website has all of the pages needed based on other sites in the industry to ensure that you’re not leaving out any important information you may be forgetting about. You then filter through our quote and determine if you want all of the pages we suggest, or if you want to add more. YOU modify the quote to get it to where you want the price range to be so it fits your budget. There is no cost for a quote from us!

Step 2

If you approve of our quote, it’s time to get started! We require 10% of the total up front, to lock in your development process and domain fees. Once payment is received, we will register your domain name for you, and start the design process based on what you want. We will create a rough draft of the site either based on what you have designed on paper, or our designers will use our creativity to create a unique, awesome looking site for you.

Step 3

We will meet with you either in person, or via the telephone to show you what we’ve come up with. You will then go through the entire site that we’ve created, and tell us what you think. You can tell us what information to add, what to delete, what to change. You may love the first draft, you may hate it. We will stay on step 3 until you’re 100% satisfied and you like the way it looks.

Step 4

We will optimize your site for search engines, as well as other browsers and smart phones. Then we meet with you one more time either via the telephone or in person, to let you go through the site. This is where you do the prelaunchviewing. You will go through all aspects of your website to ensure it’s exactly what you want.  If something is wrong, missing, or too much, this is where any final changes are made.

Step 5

Website launches. We will launch your website live on the Internet out of our sandbox server for all to see. Once your website launches, final payment is due. If you’re providing your own hosting, payment is required before we release your files and database to you.

Step 6

We will evaluate your website in 30 days, and analyze your traffic to see what points needs to be touched on. We want to ensure as much traffic is coming to your website as possible. We will alter any code to boost your traffic to your website. We will also give you a breakdown of your website in the areas that are popular, and the areas that are not so popular
